We are referring to the hotels at the corner of Stone Rd. and Gordon St. in the south end of Guelph, where the University is located. During the time when the Annual Guelph Conference runs, there is really a vast array of Guelph hotel choices for Conference guests staying in town. However, the 3 CLUSTER HOTELS (those at the University corner, or within a very short walking distance of the Guelph University Centre) tend to get over 80% of the bookings because of their immediate proximity. Also, there are numerous organic amenities offered at these hotels.
