Most of the major Platinum, Gold & Silver sponsors are highly visible companies with Main Level Expo booths. However, there is ample value in sponsoring even at the $275/Sustainer level whether you exhibit or not. Your logo and link will be visible for several months on this web site.

Financially supporting Canada’s longest running organic marketing event has its own rewards – you are helping an independent enterprise to succeed.

Our non-profit entity (Organic Food Conferences Canada) has an unspoken goal of not taking any government funds – so every $275 contribution helps us continue to grow the event ‘sustainably.’

Below are the REVISED DETAILS involved in sponsoring the 2014 Guelph Conference as a Corporate Organic Sponsor:

 

A. THE DIAMOND CLASS (1-only offered) $20000 (+ $2600 HST)

  • This is the highest value funding category for 2014. THE DIAMOND CLASS terms, benefits, commitments and obligations are by negotiation on a first-come basis.

B. PLATINUM PATRON – $7500 (+ $975 HST)

  • You will be marketed as a PLATINUM PATRON of the 2-day, 160-table Guelph Organic Expo Trade Show (2014) in the Guelph University Centre, Main Level, Basement Level & Mezzanine
  • 2 complimentary 2-day Trade Show tables + 5 V.I.P. Conference Passes – see V.I.P. below
  • PLATINUM PATRON NATIONAL ANNOUNCEMENT BULLETIN and prominent Press Promotion
  • Display ad (optional) + listing (Conference Proceedings) + signage at Conference

C. GOLD FUNDER – $3500 (+ $455 HST)

  • 1 Trade Show table + 2 extra Dinner tickets.  If requested, a 2nd Trade Show table is available
  • GOLD FUNDER NATIONAL PROMOTION + 4 V.I.P. Conference Passes – see V.I.P. below
  • Display ad (optional) + listing (Conference Proceedings) + signage at Conference

D. SILVER SPONSOR – $2000 (+ $260 HST)

  • Exhibitors please note this special condition is in effect due to premium space limitations on the Guelph University Centre Main Level: double Trade Show tables (on Main Level) are offered only to Silver Sponsors or greater (this gives you 14-feet of Expo width)
  • 1 Trade Show table + either 7 Organic Dinner tickets or a 2nd table + 1 Dinner ticket
  • SILVER SPONSOR promotional endorsement and other media promotions
  • Display ad (optional) + listing (Conference Proceedings) + signage at Conference

E. BENEFACTOR – $650 (+ $84.50 HST)

  • 5 Organic Dinner tickets + up to 5 Keynote Forum passes (if requested)
  • Recognition in all 2014 Conference promotions
  • Signage at Conference + recognition in printed Conference Proceedings

F. SUSTAINER – $275 minimum (+ $35.75 HST)

  • 1 Organic Dinner ticket + 1 Keynote Forum pass
  • Signage at Conference + recognition in printed Conference Proceedings

G. DONOR – all other financial donations - THANKS + honourable mention in Proceedings

Terms & Conditions for Corporate Organic Sponsors:

  • Definition: A V.I.P. Conference Pass includes: one entry pass to every seminar (Thursday-Sunday), 1 Organic Dinner ticket, 1 Keynote Forum pass + V.I.P. Badge
  • The ‘optional’ display ad/logo will be a business card ad in the Proceedings
  • Residual promotion runs through Aug. 31/2014 – promotion runs well beyond the end of the current Conference; other terms/benefits/proposals negotiable
  • All Corporate Organic Sponsor payments are due October 11, 2013 in order to be noted in the 2014 Conference brochure; other contributions welcome any time

  • Above prices quoted in CDN funds (regrets at being unable to keep ahead of currency fluctuations, so for now, we are considering U.S.$ at par – subject to change without notice)
  • Acceptance/confirmation of any sponsorship amount, recognition or benefit to you is at the sole and final discretion of the board of directors of Organic Food Conferences Canada
  • Corporate Organic Sponsors: if you are a certified organic food product supplier, we will list you on the Preferred Organic Supplier List, to (potentially) supply food orders for the University organic dinners, caterings, coffee services, etc. Your name is also circulated to local restaurants and to other organic foodservice inquiries. We also attempt to promote this SUPPLIER LIST to hundreds of general inquiries prior to and after the 2014 event, as well as at the 2014 Expo.
