You may recall Jill Eisen’s outstanding 3-part ‘Ideas’ series on the mainstreaming of organics. She is now releasing a new series, called Have Your Meat and Eat it Too. It airs on CBC Radio 1 at 9:04 p.m. May 17th, 24th and 31st.
Program 1 is about factory farming and it’s problems.
Program 2 explores the arguments for and against eating meat.
Program 3 looks at alternative ways of raising livestock and consuming meat.
