January 25, 2012 • The list below is the final 2012 EXHIBITOR LIST, based on the best available information. Any errors should be reported to the Conference Mgr. (see CONTACTS) right away.

NOTE: BOTH THE MAIN LEVEL AND THE BASEMENT LEVEL OF THE EXPO ARE NOW SOLD OUT.

2012 ORGANIC EXPO HOURS in the Guelph University Centre – Main Level & Basement Level (known as Peter Clark Hall): Saturday, January 28, 2012 – 9.00 am – 5.30 pm, Sunday, January 29, 2012 – 10.00 am – 4.00 pm

GENERAL PUBLIC: remember that YOUR EXPO ENTRY IS FREE – i.e. “there is no charge to attend this Expo because it’s in a public building. However, the workshops which run alongside the Jan. 28-29 Expo, all have entry fees – a workshop entry badge can be bought from the registration desk just off the Expo floor at Registration Room UC103 by cash or cheque. A ca$h ATM Machine is 50 ft. from the registration desk – we do not take credit cards at the registration desk.

CONFERENCE GUESTS: Key points & reminders about the Expo and the related Conference program:

  • There is no charge to attend the Expo, for you, your friends, students, farmers, kids, nannies, etc.
  • Workshops are paid events for adults and students (prices on this Site – also shown at Registration)
  • There are 2 distinct floors of Guelph Expo Exhibitor Displays – MAIN LEVEL & BASEMENT LEVEL
  • BASEMENT ACCESS: there are 2 elevators (north & south) leading you downstairs + the 2 large sets of stairs taking you there

INFO & LITERATURE TABLEA paid literature display table on the Main Level. The table is supervised, organized & monitored throughout entire Expo, featuring Organic Media Partner publications + numerous paid flyers, posters, handouts. Cost [at] $28.25 (includes HST) for 1 sq. ft. of table space.

This list: ALPHABETICAL LIST OF BASEMENT LEVEL EXHIBITORS – (85 Tables)

NOTE: the Basement Level is busy with organic food samplers and info exhibits. Virtually all Expo guests “visit downstairs. The $1.25/cup organic coffee/cider are served in the Basement Level Lobby all weekend by our volunteers. You will be directed to the Basement by our Main Level signage which clearly tells guests where the organic coffee service can be found and how to find the stairs and elevators !

Exhibiting companies, note: you can bring as many staff as you want because walking into the Expo for you and your staff is free. However, unless you: (a) buy extra customized exhibitor badges from us at $28.25 each, or (b) remember to bring your own 10-cent HELLO badges……. nobody will know that these people are with your booth, company or group. Call the Mgr. if you have questions on how to get recognized at the Expo while exhibiting – (705) 444-0923 – i.e. number of badges you get with your booth, how to display your signage, etc. People want to identify you with your company !
