Pre-approved Exhibitors

2012 ON-LINE REGISTRATION PAYMENT – : this page is only for those pre-approved exhibitors (who have a confirmed table) – who have opted for the ‘Online Paypal Registration Payment’ (as opposed to mailing in a cheque).

Those exhibitors opting for PayPal will receive a code from the Expo Mgr. which you then enter onto the form after you click the link below.

The PayPal option is by prior arrangement with the Expo Manager.  The prices quoted at this PayPal form-link are the current, CANADIAN DOLLAR applicable prices – which means that you are seeing the:

**MAIN LEVEL, NOVEMBER 30TH FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE PRICES – HAS EXPIRED

and the

**BASEMENT LEVEL, DECEMBER 15TH FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINE PRICES (EXPIRES IN 3 DAYS)

All other exhibitors, please send your cheque payable to ORGANIC CONFERENCE, using the correct exhibitor registration form which was mailed to you.  Please pay according to your chosen payable deadline as described on the MAIN LEVEL or BASEMENT LEVEL form.  Those forms are available on the front left of this Web Site in case you didn’t get yours in the mail, but if in doubt whether you qualify for the Expo, please phone the Expo Mgr. first at (705) 444-0923 before sending your forms and payment.
