Being on television was the last thing permaculture farmers Tim Fisher and Jennifer Osborn thought about when Guelph Mercury Chris Seto came to find out about there sheepscaping initiative in downtown Guelph.
News travels fast and before the two small farmers knew it they were being called for interviews. News stations such as CTV, City TV, CBC, and even The Weather Network were interested in the lawn-mowing sheep from Guelph.
Jennifer is taking it in stride “Everyone gets their fifteen minutes of fame, it is kind of funny that ours got usurped by sheep.” She doesn’t mind though, “They more comfortable in front of the camera.
